verification on aliexpress?
 

So guys basically i tried placing an order on aliexpress the 6th of october which got cancelled for security reasons, they requested i send them in copies of my driving license, credit card and credit card statement.

I did this on the 10th october then had to resubmit them on the 20th as they said they hadnt received them! Its getting so frustrating, i speak to their customer service every single day to be told the same thing "please dont worry we will deal with it in 24 hrs"

Anyway what im looking to know is if any of you guys have had this happen to you and if so is there a process to speed it up? Its going to end up with my computer going out the window lol

Yes is with aliexpress admin, never been so frustrated in my life, every single day im talking to them and its the usual 12hrd or 24hrs nonsense. Ive actually sent them in the details 4 times now and they are saying they cant see it.

Ive had aliexpress accounts before and never had an issue with any of them, this is the 1st time ive been asked for the details to verify it etc

May be part of the problem.

Are your other accounts all in good order?

Have you reused some old info with new address/ card info etc?

ignore admin they are just useless and they will not budge anyway.

you need to upload the id they ask for under #make a claim# button on your closed order. You will receive no confirmation, which is disconcerting, but a couple of days later you will get an email saying you can use that card for purchases and you should have no more issues.

Ive uploaded it over 2 weeks ago mate and they are saying they havent received it, then sent it to security@aliexpress.com 4 times....its an absolute joke! Seriously getting me angry lol, everyday its thr same thing, we havent got it and when i resend it they give he usual 12 to 24 hrs c*ap

The old account was 100%, was all in good order.

I have a new card with a new bank now but the delivery address is still the same as its my home address. I dont know what the holdup is but its seriously frustrating, the seller im dealing with also thinks im a time waster,he did suggest paying through WU which i point blank refused.

Also the times their customer service operate is a nightmare to,i have to try and catch them before work, then have to wait 24 hours before i can again, they dont work weekends and i can talk to them via my phone as you need some version of adobe reader which isnt compatable with my phone

Could be the system auto-caused you issues due to related account
