buy.com pending order?
 

I received my first buy.com order. The order is in "pending". Does this mean the buyer has payment issues?

I hate buy.com's layout. Its confusing and I have no idea what im doing. I emailed their support over 24 hours ago and still no response. I cant figure out a way to confirm/ship this order so my guess is there is an issue with the payment.

Anyone sell on buy.com and can confirm what a pending order is?

When you login, does it say you are active at the top?

When you first start, they like to play some silly limitation games and manually review your account.

BTW, yes, their customer service reps are almost completely useless.

Yes Im active. They finally got back to me today and said the order is pending verification from the buyer. :cheer:

buy.com has a crappy marketplace and crappy search though :/

i left their selling platform after their name change. they keep emailing me several times a month about getting back on. Ill have them waive the monthly fee for a few months to make it worth my time. the site like you said needs MAJOR help. Searching for an item doesnt actually turn up the item you are searching for. I usually have to search through 1-3 pages to find an item that should be first on list as with amazon and eBay.

Needs a lot of help but they are new to selling and fees are REALLY low.

Not sure about that. Mine are equivalent to EB and AZ.
