Rakuten Seller Performance requirements?
 
Does anyone use Rakuten? if so, a friend of mine started to sell there and he showed me a the requirements and everything looks normal except that I ran across a section that says something like "Negative feedback <3". So I asked him you can only get 3 negative feedbacks till they shut you down? which seems absurd to me. Does anyone have a rakuten account? can you verify if that is true or not?

It's a fine website. Fees are insane though so I hope your margins are good.

Just start your own account and see how it goes.

I'm not asking about how good the website is, just wondering if anybody know anything about the feedback requirements. Does anybody have a seller account there that can answer this for me? it will help so much. Thanks!

Well, I sell there, but my advice sucks so I can't help you.

You could always grow a pair, suck up the $33/monthly fee and give it a shot though. Maybe $33 will crush your cash flow?

It is a Chinese website as I have posted elsewhere this morning and seems to have an owner who may be trying to follow the guy who runs ali express going by some of the comments attributed to him in Google, it seems to always be potentially difficult for westerners to sell on Chinese sites and to be competitive with pricing

I only relay on Ebay. Not even Amazon. All other sites are waste of time/money and energy to me. I don't know what other think about it...
