Ioffer - Upgrading Seller - CC BIN
hi and sorry for my bad english
Here is my problem (i'm french)
I get kick off ioffer, while i was selling there for 5 years with 99% approval rating...Happy new year :))
Well, i tried to reopen new one :
i cleared my cookies, connected on a french adress via VPN. I choose an entropay card, and ioffer told me they're gonna take a small amount. That was done. I answered to the sms verification and i completed the procedure, i was at last a seller !!
I listed only one item, wait a few hours, and PaM, my account has been suspended...
One question. The numbers of my VCC are 4313 80XX XXXX XXXX. I found that the BIN of the CC is related to a malta bank
Do you think my account could have been suspended because i'm french, with a french account, with french information and with a..... malta bank account ?
Should i create a new account with a french VCC ?
Buy the way, does ioffer will flag me if i connect from the same IP ? I have no way to reboot my internet box to have a new one...
