Ioffer wont accept my payments.
 

Hey there.
Im selling on Ioffer for more than 2 years now.
Every month automatically they take my payment via my Credit card.
2 weeks ago, once needed to pay ammount of +- 50$ i recieved message than Ioffer are not able to recieve my payment.

Though, all other websites, all stores, accept my Credit card. it is up to date and works find.
Also trying to atach diffrent my 2'nd card or my GF card, wont work, sais something wrong with the card.

As long as i dont pay my funds, im not able to upload more products, so im stuck.
Most important thing - Ive sent ioffer 3 "Submit request" no asnwer there.
Tryed contacting them via facebook, no answer there too.

What are my options?

Try calling them. They do not offer customer support but I am sure since it is money due to them they will help you.
Normally if the credit card you have on files fails at any point you will be unable to use it again to pay them.
I have had this problem in the past and only by adding a new card I was able to fix it.

Yeah it was fixed,
Apperently they answer in Facebook after few hours, though didnt get yet any answer by eMail.. So weird.
Was fixed anyway.
