How would you market your site with $200?

Hello, I just started a website be a Womanizer.com.

I'm already doing everything I can to promote it: social 2.0 sites, forums, link building, etc.

But I'm ready to spend a little $ to give it a push. This is what I'm thinking

- $80 press release from PR Web
- $25 using text link ads. There's a $100 off coupon for starters, so i can get a $125 high ranking link for a month for only $25

I'm not sure what else I can do, suggestions are welcome. I'm kinda new to PPC and I'm not sure if I want to dive into that just yet.

Do you make money off this site? If not, it's probably not worth paying for any advertising. The best thing to do is post new content daily and keep adding backlinks. The more high ranking backlinks you have, the more search engines visit your site and rank you higher for keywords. Which equals more traffic.
