And don't forget to diversify your backlink profile with different (branded, generic, url match, lsi) anchors.
As well as nofollow links -- they don't give your site much link juice, but if you want your backlink profile to look natural and don't get hit by Penguin -- that's a way to go.

It should be hyperlinked. try to put keyword in it, and it should be dofollow.
