I can not tell you how much I hate scam-zy
 

I really am disappointed with the seller support at et sy. I had 2 nightmare buyers. No issues on my end. I kept to my schedule and time frame and they still sided with the buyers. They have now closed my account. I can't even log on to check messages, etc . I few weeks ago when I saw this coming I downloaded all my reports but it just irks me. You can't talk to anyone, Just form emails from them. One of the buyers wanted a refund so I refunded her. They sent an email to me today that was a copy of the email to the buyer, telling her to file a claim through paypal for her money. They don't even look at the transaction to see that she's been refunded. uuuuuuggggghhhhh

I can't believe they don't have more responsible people handing issues with sellers/buyers. It seems like they are a couple of high school kids who have no idea what they are doing. Really frustrating.

It could just be they're experiencing growing pains. Etsy did kind of become a major thing over night. Maybe their customer service will catch up some day..

I doubt it, they've been in business long enough to have professional customer service people. Probably why so many people have left.

they probably cant afford it,they are making money now but they pay Google search a lot of money to drive traffic to Etsy.
emails are usually answered next day.
you know sales have slowed down on Etsy as well.
