it may take time but you could ask for the likes or buy then from fiverr but they will not be active users just standard likes. you could use facebook ads which ask people to like your page. getting 10,000 organically will take time.

Are you in a nitch?
If so, giveaways and contests can be a fast approach and they will get shared quickly.

Join groups and be social, offer to have a giveaway etc...

fiverr is probably the cheapest and fastest way to get ⊗⊗⊗⊗ likes if that's what you're looking for.. they're worthless though.

As mentioned, you can find such a service on fiverr, like4like etc.
But unless those likes are targeted, they are pretty much useless anyway.

Time, and money.

Any quick fix, like those outlined above are simply for show- they'll add absolutely no value to your page other than making you perhaps 'appear' bigger than you already are, and more importantly they may also skew your targeting if you plan on using FB Ads in future, tread carefully.

if you need this just for show just join some groups on facebook. type in get more facebook likes. and join. you like their page they like yours. the problem is if you are trying to use the page for sales only half of the people who like your page will see the posts and they are just people who liked your page because you liked theirs they are not interested in your product
