How many H1 tag can be used on a webpage?

Hello friends,

When I was working on On-Page optimization, one question arisen in my mind that how many H1 tag can be used on a webpage? Suggest me here please.

HTML h1 to h6 tag

As many times as you'd like. All the H1 tag is, is preformatted styling for text. CSS is built into your browser to properly display H1 - H6

On a side note... why in the world are you still using that tag? Are you making a webpage on TOR? LOL. CSS and HTML have come such a long way that it's very rare to see any use of those tags these days.

If you're considering SEO -- H1 tags are still influencers to a certain point.
And H tags can also be re-styled with CSS. :)

Yes this. You really shouldn't be using more than 1 H1 tag on any given page, it's bad practice. Multiple H2-H6 is absolutely fine but H1 is singular and your main heading.
