Is this type of hold normal ?

I sell digital items , its my first time i see this type of hold
Is it a new thing ?

Can you just mark it as completed or as shipped or whatever it allows to do? Usually after marking it as completed it starts to show the date when it is going to be released.

it did thanks , also it is normal type of hold ? or new one because i never had this one before

Nobody can tell you whats normal - things are changing all the time. I seen to much things which are worked for a long time and booom one morning they changed. So may be normal, may be not - get a few more orders, mark as completed and at worst it will be available after 21 day and you will see if it is a new normal now or just a things with that one order.

Digital sales are always subjective to potential issues - OP, you have to go with the flow and make sure no issues with sales and buyers.
