Legal name change for new eBay account?

So I know this is a strange question, but I’m wondering if a legal name change would allow for a new eBay account. I had an account from several years ago that was suspended. This account was under a family member and their madden name. If the last name was legally changed, new driver’s license, bank account, email, phone number all tied to the new name, would it be the same thing as a new member account?

I was going to create a totally new profile. I guess the only information that would be the same would be SSN… anyway around that?

You details may have been purged from their systems. It depends on how long ago you were suspended.

This account hasn’t been used since 2014. Does eBay purge that type of information?

Feels like all info is kept for ages unfortunately but it's your call to reuse the info...might last awhile

So this 2014 account is still up and active and you wanna make more accounts right?

be careful using other people's SSN.
That guy could owe money to IRS and IRS can seize your money,it has happened to someone here,his Paypal fund was seized by IRS

details blacklisted before MP are not blacklisted anymore

regarding SSN , this is a real problem , if you are blacklisted and use the same SSN they would be able to find you even if you use a new name as SSN in conjunction with DOB is sufficient

so if suspended before MP you can just use your real details unaltered and you also have the option to use your relatives' details

Even if you've been suspended post MP I have read from another member on this forum that Ayden handles the SSN. You use real info on MP (Ayden) and stealth info on ebay and according to this members post their accounts are fine as long as they use all other new info besides SSN and whatnot during Ayden registration...

Anyone have any experience with this?
