Choosing an address (1099k)
 

Hey everyone,

After many years I'm going to attempt to reactivate old stealths or create new ones.

With both of these routes, the address of the account is my main concern as other areas of stealth I am pretty well versed in.

In case of a paper 1099k going out and it including my personal info (name and SSN) I would like it to go to an address that mail cannot be delivered to- so, basically, an address that doesn't exist in the first place would be ideal.

But during the creation, potentially reactivating, potential MC011's, screening, etc. Does eBay ever actually check to verify if the address is a real and valid address?

For those using different addresses than what is on your photo ID, how would you bypass a ID verification? I got those on every single one of my real info business accounts at some point last year.

Ebay does not check your address,if the 1099 is not deliverable,it would go back to Ebay,you could have the option of just getting it online PDF format,no physical copy

What about when you get a photo ID request? Take your current ID and get creative with the address?

will photo ID BE A passport or driver license,they dont care where you live,but they can check your passport and driver license

It is wise to open up an address for a stealth account in one of these states, Georgia, Massachusetts, Michigan, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. They are not members with the other 45 states in the Driver License Compact who share details of drivers licenses and consequently information released to the data gathering companies who sell this info with eBay.

I think you can read into my thread why I say these 5 states are best to create a stealth account in.
