Can someone help me make a stealth account via a SIM card UK based
 

So I am in the Uk I bought a Smarty Sim from Argos its been 24hrs since ive deleted Ebay app on my Iphone 14 and I used UK postbox to get a new address , I have a monzo bank account too.

Am I in the clear to create a stealth account or do I need to do anything else? I am worried about ebay not accepting a monzo account, if so what should I do just make a new bank account from barclays or something? Also I heard someone saying that I should not use ebay on my phone when I am using the smarty sim because I used the app on my phone in the past so do I just hotspot onto my laptop? but ive used my suspended account on my laptop too would that be a problem???

You can use your phone as a hot spot for a laptop or pc to have a different ip address, you can not reload the eBay app on that phone as it will have any account you make be associated with the suspended on and the new one will be toast.

Make a sub account on your laptop and create your new eBay account on that.
