Starting New US Business Account Bringing In A 5% Partner For Info
 

I have a scenario I want to run by to see if anyone has experience or advice.
My account was suspended, I'm a genuine us seller, not drop shipping etc.

I have a few people to help me get through this and im working on the following arrangement.

1- Open a new llc, me being a 95% stake holder and the friend 5% stake holder.
(friend is 5% so that we can use his information to verify the account so i can stay ghost)

Obviously will be using a fresh ip along with the new friend/business details.
My question is - will having a 5% partner who has never used ebay be sufficient?
So when they ask for business owner info i can use his info. Running this by other stealthers to see if im thinking this through properly.

We have been through this all before in different threads, just open the LLC in 2 members names have him as the managing member to open the account account and then remove him from the LLC afterwards and become a single member LLC.

Before you even start, I'd have you read the stealth guide and really REALLY understand it.
