Noob Ebay stealth questions.
 

I am new to this whole stealth thing. I don't sell on ebay or anything I just buy and I got permanent suspension for multiple returns I don't know why but I'm a collector and I return items that have damage and I guess that's wrong? Anyway if I only want to buy stuff on ebay what do I need to do to make a stealth account? Vpn? Vps? I know new account new info but do I need a new PayPal or address? If so how do I get my orders shipped to me?

you have a lot of questions - you should take time to learn stealth and do proper account setup.

if you do too many returns, it can be an issue. what are you collecting? and how many returns have you been doing

Creating a buyer account is not too difficult to achieve on eBay, if you subscribe to the stealth book even for a month, you get all your answers on there to get a new account set up and begin buying.
