Thay haven't checked the bank before. Documents were checked against open databases, document number and date.

Banks wont share details of their customers with Payonner

They cooperate with local banks, for example in Ukraine it is a private bank and a monobank, if you add something other than your own Iban, they see the name and close the account. I used to add an Iban of any bank and it worked, but now I started receiving letters about the closure of the account.

Also in some banks you can see the owner by the account number.

for example, 2 months ago, when opening an account, you could indicate any Iban and the opening was confirmed

Seems only for you I have running multiple Payoneer for years with different account holder / banks.

And as far as I know in Germany there is no database of account holder, that's a clear violation of privacy law.

Can the micro-deposit verification, be bypassed without having a germany bank ?
