Ebay UK Bussiness account permanently suspended-Ltd Company

Hi, my question is can I reuse the details of the Company Director/Person of Significant Control(i.e myself) to register a new Limited company UK with a new Wise business account?
My previous business account(Ltd) was permanently suspended after 2 days due to policy violations.
Now I am worried if I can use my name again. Address is no issue I have a substitute with documents.

Was it suspended and they asked for some more info?
Or was it a hard suspension with no way back?
