buyer pays the fees...that doesnt sount attractive as a platform for new buyers...

its a plattform to sell offline
fee is only 2,5 % for onlinepaymentplattform = middlemen

You can sign up as a foreigner from certain countries but the accounts I made didn't last long, I think they track the sequence of the IP address.
