Payment Dispute not closing on restricted account
 

Hi, all. I have a ebay account that was banned. They say they gonna hold my money for up 180 days, which i get for cases etc.

There is one payment dispute on my account since 25 NOV 2024 that is not closed down, yet even though the customer has confirmed in a message that it is resolved, we are now in Jan 2025. I asked them to contact there bank or paypal and they said they dont know how. I have sent them many messages and they are ignoring me. We refunded via the dispute on ebay right away, customer is happy.

but the case is still opened, which may affect how soon i get paid out? Usually on stealth i get paid around 3 months.

But cause of this silly payment dispute, what happens? What can i do to shut it down, to speed up the time frame of getting my funds back. so no payment holds, delays.

Might have to try eb on their social media - IG, X more than just e-mailing them

It won't do anything since your account is banned anyways....
They clearly said 180days they'll hold your funds...
