ADSpower with decent proxies is fine for most people, though if you want to step up from that, you're looking at a hardened anti-detect VM with the proxy routed through a physical or virtual router between you and the internet to make absolutely sure all network traffic goes through your proxy.

I used to use VM Fusion, I'm sure your familiar, but it was quite an effort to use the client on Mac. That being said I thought they were pretty safe as they generate their own mac addresses etc., so it simulates a PC.
Another thing is running around 10 accounts at the same time using 10 different proxies gets expensive, so I'm trying to figure out a cheaper solution without compromising security
