They said i had "violated their terms of use". when asking which terms they do not give clear answers just repeat that i have violated terms and the stop writing back all together.

I had two shops.. completely different shops though and everything 100% hand made, I had never had a bad review so I am not entirely sure. my best guess is the two shops not being allowed. it says you have to be transparent who you are in the terms and i had two different shop owner names for each shop so maybe that too??? Some things I sell are quite competitive so it could have been someone trying to get me out. Who knows! it is still a mystery to me. they literally do not respond. but both my shops were linked and banned because i had no idea about stealth and all the crazy ways in which they can link you.

yes thank you! i think they are so big now they just do not care who they ban. I though i was a good seller but they could careless and don't even explain. Happy to have found this place. i have been reading nonstop all week on here the book and forums
