i am very glad to be in here.
i think here is ocean of paypal.
i dont know anything about eBay and i want a full verified Paypal account and with a full transaction history. and actually that paypal account never hold my fund.
anyone expert in this area please help me.

Welcome.

Anyone that tries to sell a Paypal account guaranteed no holds is a liar because they don't exist, holds sometimes reappear when you least expect it.

What you will find in the Marketplace is solid Paypal accounts made my people with years of experience.
