ive been following this forum when i got suspended 2 years ago from ebay ive learn few thing but this new i got my pay pal limited and it a paint to keep opening banks so i was looking at my statement one day and wondered why when i open paypal i did not add all the zero in front of my checking account just 234567 so just to see if it would work i open a pay pal different info address and added 3 zero before i added same checking account as before and it worked 6 month later and still good just wanted to share

Welcome to the forums friend.
That trick with the bank account - I wouldnt chance it. Too easy to open new bank accounts to bother with such risk of getting linked to a previously limited account...

Quite a deal of risk as slokor indicated - especially if account is manually reviewed
