Hi, every one my account get locked ( welcome in the club )
Hi,
After 45 days waiting with only robot answer i think i find the right place to get some answers :
- I has a UK account, the account was verify (100% positive feedback )
- Pro acount with a UK company
- i was health and care register.
- Bank informations were verify everything was perfect until ....
- Ask seller performance and open ticket for a neww account opening, because i want to sell sextoy and adults products and do not want to mix in my actual shop.
- So i register a new account
- I use a different company ( Hong kong )
- i use a different phone number
- But i use the same credit card and same ID card because i didnt know it was not allowed to open 2 account with 2 companny and the first was not lock it was in perfect health.
Then i receive an email that the new account is in revision, but i can not connect to the new account because password doesnt match and can't restore it.
But after 7 Days my account 100% positiv with 3000 item store in FBA program get also delete, no listing, no email receive, but can not connect it and restore passport.
Then after 20 days i receive this email :

I send a lot of email to seller performance, UK one, French one, i neither get a real answer, only message telling me they are working on my case but no more news.
Do you think it s possible to get back my First account or both account are DEAD ?
