Been lurking - wish I found this sooner
Hi everyone,
Been lurking around for a few days, interesting stuff. I read the Stealth Guide, it made good sense. It is helping forms strategies (in my head) that I can hopefully use in the future.
My story is that I used to have 3 eBay accounts. One very large, one small-medium and one small. It started with a bad concussion and I neglected many orders I needed to process. I couldn't think straight at the time to immediately put the store on vacation mode and find somebody to process the orders. I was mess. So... when I was able to return, obviously there were a bunch of cases and negative feedback on my accounts. My very large account was done for, as well as my small account. All that was left was my small-medium account which had some heavy selling limits put on it and it was now in below-standard because of a few sales that weren't processed...
It's been a mess. Been almost a year and of course they don't let me sell enough items to get out of below-standard so it's been stuck there. It won't be that long now until it goes from there straight to top-rated... but when and how much will the selling limits be raised? Who knows...
So i've been waiting, twiddling my thumbs for a year, waiting it out. Wish I had found this site sooner. I guess like most people I lived in fear of eBay and just decided to play the card they dealt me. I will be moving soon so I think that would be a good time to "branch out" so to speak... Establishing new roots somewhere else.
I have some questions but I guess I will save that for the appropriate section... until then, thanks for reading & all the information you share. |
