Account access has been limited

Since I've received more than 2500€ in payments to my account, PayPal is asking me to provide more information about myself, some of which will reveal the fact that I'm underage.
Right now, I can't send money, withdraw money, nor close my account.
I'm thinking of changing the account's name to my mom's and providing all her information. Would that work? Or should I wait until I'm 18 (8 months from now), being that, if I continue to receive payments in my account (which will definitely happen), won't PayPal add more restrictions?

Welcome to the forums friend.
Unfortunately that will not work since you cannot change the name of the paypal account owner.
Waiting till your 18 might not help either since they will see that you opened the account while being under 18 and those transactions occurred at that point in time.
You might want to just wait the 180 days and withdraw your funds and start over under a stealth account.
