IP address on phone and wifi
 
Hi every one. I'm new to this. I just recently had my pay pal account restricted but my eBay account seems to be fine. I used my cellphone to do all my eBay listings and messages. I was wondering if I need to use a different eBay account with my new PayPal. And if so, do I need to change my IP address on my phone and my home WiFi. Need help with that. Anyone..?? Thanx

So you are attaching a new PayPal to the Ebay Account? if so, be prepared to have your PayPal limited in the near future, most of the time that tactic does not last.
