Hi,
I am new here because of my Situation as new seller with record at Amazon.
I am in the progress of setting up my first Amazon Selleraccount on my name.
However over the last 9 month I worked for two companies (same owners) which got banned from Selling on Amazon in Q1 2017. The bans where due to order defect rates, accused copyright infringements and connected accounts between these two companies. I did some administrative work for their Amazon business using my private computer at their office. I logged into their Selleraccounts to create new listings or check metrics and communicate with sellerservice on their behalf.
Stupidly I ordered some stuff from Amazon they needed for the office through my personal buyers account and now the address and name of one of the companies is in my private order history. I also left my phone number in one of the accounts which is also in the contact info/delivery address of my private buyer account.
Can Amazon somehow connect my new selleraccount to the banned accounts through my buyer account?
