Hi From the Dominican Republic, they say we are the most corrupt Island on Earth. I agree.

Guys I just launched my first App that allows my users to purchase anything from my associated online vendors in the whole country. But my users still cannot pay for in app purchases and order from Ebay and Amazon. I am looking for a VCC that I can open a master account for and resell disposable one time use VCCs to my users so that they can process online orders outside of my country, What is the best option out there? is it EntroPay?

Not sure Entropay would work for your purposes. Dont know if such a service exists to be honest. Then again I might not be understanding your question perfectly well.
