I was not suspended from either service. But I was warned about going outside Ebay to make purchases because I asked seller for his pp address. I had a problem with my purchase. He was willing to send me the part I needed to fix it for free. But reasonably wanted postage. I could not send it. PP was blocking past transactions email, at least on mobile.
Then seller got email to me another way. Then PP blocked the payment.
It was the straw that broke the camels back. I found & ordered the item from ebid.
I sell mainly on etsy. But I like older, hard to find stuff & bought it mainly on eBay.
But Im done now. Took app off of phone. Have not canceled account yet. But probably will. This will send me to local garage sales more. |
