Hi everyone
I would like introduce myself. I've had an eBay account for going on 10 years that I used to dabble a bit of selling etc. Nearly 18months ago I decided to take the plunge and get into reselling in order to boost my income from my usual 9-5.
Within 6 months I was turning over 2-3K in sales of used items mainly clothing, jeans, shirts, etc and video games. Things I felt comfortable with. In the past 6 months or so I have grown my store to 5-6K. However over the past two months I have been hit with two VERO suspensions for items that sold MONTHS previously - from the same person. Now I am not perfect by any means, but all items I sell are scrutinised. I've probably thrown away hundreds of genuine items that were too risky. The kicker is I don't even know what items are VERO aside from the titles (I sell roughly 400 items a month).
I'm now stuck waiting 30 days until my ban is lifted. I can still sell and do everything else but not list new items so this has severely affected my income.
I'm here to go stealth and get on the front foot, spread sales and limit this happening again. I am open to any advice going and I am willing to learn.
