Both 2step verification phone numbers are dead...

Hello there!

Need help, both of the 2 step verification numbers a dead, can't receive verification codes....

I can't log in without verification.Can't change the numbers, can't change to verification app...nothing...

Talked to Amazon about the issue.... Amazon doesn't give an answer for about a week or so...

How did you solve this s...t ??

Extremely important to save back up numbers/codes whenever using two-step

Not much can be done if you lose access to these...

I solved the issue!

Called Amazon 100 times...
Make them and myself crazy

But finally, I got the result

Very easy!!!

AMAZON has the form to fill out in that case, thats it.
You fill it out, and within 24 hours you're all set.

Can use new numbers!
