Hi people

Hello, my name is Sue and I'm from Canada.I'm interested in alot of issues,but my main concern is getting rid of the death penalty. Just another voice, but strength comes in numbers, right?

I think the death penalty is necessary in certain situations. Without the death penalty, tax payers pay to keep murderers alive in prison for the rest of their natural lives. Prisons become massively overpopulated (like in the US now) and become a huge burden on the economy.

I don't think half the prison population should be in prison though. Drug use should never lead a person to prison.
