Hello Stealthers! hope you all are doing well. Recently ive got my paypal limited and i don't see i can call from landline and confirm my location also SSN, simply im not US citizen Nor i visited USA. I register account with my all genuine documents banks etc except country. after few sales my account got limit and they are asking for location verification, even in call a operator clearly state that my account login ip shows out of USA. Now i want to give try stealth account as i am very much confident the strategy im applying works perfect. please answer my few unsolved questions:
1, if stealth account goes limit then what are the chances?
2, what is the difference between 5/$500-60$ account and 1000/$50000- 240$, when both account only allows slow build up, 3 weeks 5 items after that 20 item and so on..
3, what is the way withdraw from paypal without USA bank account? in this case payoneer and some other financial institution wont work. only the local bank i have.
