I am familiar with Amazon, not Paypal.
You may be able to research VBA's and purchase one online. VBA's are basically the bank account of prepaid / reloadable debit cards which are commonly used by people who do not have bank accounts or cannot get bank accounts due to chex system flags.
VBA's are not sold on aspkin forums but you may be able to find on other forums but make sure to do your due diligence in research to make sure the VBA is not blacklisted by Paypal and that the VBA can be used as a reliable point for your Paypal withdrawals.
I cannot vouch for VBA's that work for Paypal but this is my personal suggestion for you.
I suggest you also Google other paypal withdraw options. You obviously will not be able to create a US bank account unless you come to the US or are a US citizen already to which a few banks allow you to open accounts online.
Check for other banking services that may accept Paypal such as Payoneer, Skrill, etc. Again I cannot vouch for any of these services as I have not experienced the problem you are. Maybe some Kenya banks will work but I dont know if Paypal will flag these types of banks? |
