I reviewed the history of your account and over the last six months you have had approximately 22 VeRO violations. This is an exceptionally high amount of violations. You had a seven day selling restriction on March 13th and a 30 day selling restriction on April 6th. Despite the multiple emails regarding the removals and the selling restrictions you continued to list infringing content.
As you may know intellectual property is governed by federal law. As such, we are obligated to take these violations very seriously. In light of this we will not be able to restore your selling privileges at this time. You can appeal this after one year but we will need you to submit a business plan. Please take this time to learn about intellectual property and come up with a plan that will be successful for you in the future.
