Hi I am wondering if I can start a new eBay & pp account after being suspended from both . I have a new iPhone with me phone number new email address and new banking information I don’t plan on using my home computer just my new iPhone will this be safe ?

You certainly can but from your question, it's obvious that you need to learn the basics first. Everything is laid out in the eBay Stealth.

I wouldn't set you heart on using that new iPhone... I'd suggest getting the stealth guide to save yourself weeks or months of research and plan on using a PC/Laptop... You'll be more productive on a PC and end up realizing there are things you just cant do on a mobile device or tablet...

When making stealth accounts planning ahead is VERY important...
