Hello trademark violation suspension
 

Hi there people .... this is my first thread

I've been getting letters from a company in Amsterdam.. react.org about trademark violation for honda motor company, I had 3900 items for sale with 2 power selling accounts next few days EBay started sending me messages with removal of a lot of my items,some I know are universal just listed to fit honda , classic bikes... They restricted my 2 accounts only for 30 days 3 times now ... then I get a phone call from PayPal asking alsorts of questions I told them I will contact honda to see what I can and cannot sell the next day I was suspended indefinitely by PayPal not EBay..my 3 PayPal accounts that where linked with my name are all suspended.I then went and removed all my items so that eBay didn't suspend me indefinite as I'm not sure how many times they restrict you I'm sure I'm in my last time.

Now I have the problem of EBay trying to take there seller fee and it bouncing and then my problems will start with them.

Sorry for the long message, can I ask if I pay my seller fees another way will EBay let me still sell or will they pull the plug on my accounts like PayPal did... And the best way to get a PayPal account linked to my account.

Welcome to the forums friend.
You can use a prepaid credit card to pay your fees.
But that will not resolve your trademark violations. If ebay has removed a bunch of your auctions already you got a problem that is not going to just disappear on its own. Try to sell those items again and you risk losing the accounts permanently.

Your business model is unsustainable. Give up and work with something different. Trust me. If you're gonna keep selling on Ebay, you'll need new stealth everything. If you take payments on a new Paypal account through your old Ebay accounts, they will eventually link them and ban the Paypal accounts and start your cycle over again.
