I wouldn't think bitcoin would be banned to sell on PayPal.. odd, I wonder for the reason.

Have you tried spreading out sales over multiple accounts?

High risk, one person hit me with 4 charge backs and got my account audited. Also, they worry about AML issues.

Yes, I am in the process of exploring options. Many payment processors do not want to deal with bitcoin. Registering as a money services business compounds this problem.

The one major issue that happens time and time again with BTC selling on PayPal is charge backs and cases. Its rife with scammers trying to make a quick buck

Spreading sales across lots of accounts would reduce the effect that a chargebackw oudl have so its well worth looking into
