Dont use any info you have used before including pictures, take new ones and remember to clean the data from them also before using them.
I suggest reading the stealth guide for this and much more useful info :).

I have reused photos hundreds of times without any issues. Rename them, resize/crop them, run them through batch purifier, and viola you're good to go lol.

I would venture to say yes as long as you change the digital footprint which would mean resizing and/or cropping.

I would try to avoid, but as mentioned if ran through batch purification stripped of EXIF data you should be fine!
