I want to know can I use the Same device like my iPad when I got restricted from eBay or do I need a new device ?

I don’t want to buy no guide I just want to buy a eBay and PayPal account and get back to selling again. And I think no one accepts PayPal here.

You say you want to get back to selling but youre not willing to spend a few dollars to buy the guide that will teach you how to do so? Yet in the same line you say youre looking to buy an account that will cost far more than the guide would.
Takes money to make money and if youre not willing to put the minimum into it then youll run into problems...

Hi all I had a indefinite restriction on my eBay account to and still have it on there and won’t get removed forever.
