Shipment seized
 

Hey guys ,
We have a Electronic instruments shipment that has been sent out from USA toward Hong Kong on 31 Oct 2018 ,
from the date it has been arrived to Cincinnati DHL Hub status is " ON HOLD"

As we have follow up from DHL , they have no idea about it. and only mentioned that it's under custom control and border inspection patrol.
now is more than 2 month that there is No news about it and shipment didn't released .

is there any one that have the same problem and how it can been solved ?

Contact whoever sent you the shipment. USA customs most likely sent them paperwork explaining why the shipment has been seized or held.
