eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

My Etsy was closed 2 years ago. I used my iPhone to list and sell. I also had the Etsy seller app. I used a vpn as well. I waited a year reopened a new shop and was fine until I connected my PayPal. I also got a new credit card to use. They emailed me and somehow were able to track or link that my old store was the same person. I didn’t sell same products. Trying to figure out what I did wrong.
I just moved so I have a new address and really want to open a shop. I don’t want to burn this new address so was wondering if anyone could please advise. l Specifically what I things I need to do since I’m using my iPhone. Is there something or some data I need to wipe?

I'd start using a fresh new phone. I wouldn't use that same phone again for Etsy.
