Hello from a newbie
 

So to get things started, im interested to buy some aged eBay and Paypal accounts.
Since im a newbie im not very well informed how things work, and i needed some information.
If i start working with my new ebay and paypal, what are the first things i need to do? Should i change the email adress and password of paypal and is it possible to get it blocked that way? And 2nd how do i get the money from paypal, cos as far as i know the card info and paypal info should match.

I think your first step should be getting the stealth guide and giving it a read. These forums are here to assist you but no one here is going to be your teacher - you need to get the basic work done yourself. get the guide and get to reading.
