Hello, just wanting to connect with any service providers that can help set up stealth amazon buyers accounts in the US.

Need services for the VCC's and IP addresses and whether the VCC's can be used for purchases through the accounts or just verification?

Amazon doesn't require VCC in order for you to purchase anything on their site. It's either you pay via amazon gift card, or pay thru your card. You can use VCC to buy amazon prime tho, which i believe you will.
As for the IP address, where are you located? you don't need proxies or vpns to run amazon, just use your normal IP/proxies from you internet provider. If you have mobile internet sims - much better to make use of that rather than paying more.

Welcome to the forums friend.
As mentioned above be careful if anyone contacts YOU to sell you accounts. Do not trust anyone who is not a verified seller from the seller section.
