EBay defect rate

Hi my defect rate is 5% from 8 sales months ago. But it's not going down despite more sales without more defects . PLUS they are taking it from 175 sales and when predicting from 161 sales .next month it worse without any more defects? Help

Why are you getting so many defects??? Do you cancel orders with reason "no stock"? Never do that. Creates defect.
