If paypal your PayPal gets closed can you use another one on the same eBay account?

My paypal has been permanently limited wondering if you can use a different one on the same eBay account because I have built my business up there.

You can but I wouldn’t recommend it. It’s not really a long term solution.

You would be best to create a new stealth account and start building it up

Many threads exist about this topic - it can work for awhile but NEVER know 100% when the link will cause the new pp to go down. It isn't ideal stealth

I would recommend buying and “Old” one as you don’t know the full usage history. You can by an aged one from one of the approved sellers on here though

For how long? You'll never know.
Is it recommended? Not really, only the safest methods are recommended in the forum.
