Hello Everyone, I Need Help About Etsy

I have a shop on Etsy, but because I'm Turkish Etsy does not give me the option to Etsy Payments. And on the other hand, PayPal service is banned by our fascist government, I can't open a PayPal account for myself, by my name.

Question is, is it okay if I connect someone's PayPal account to my shop? Does Etsy cause a problem with this, do they close my store?
