Open PayPal accounts without adding a bank account
 

Hi Guys,

How do I open PayPal accounts without adding a bank account.

My problem is I only have one bank account left and do not want to add it to PayPal until I’m confident

I have no problem with not being able to withdraw in the mean time.

I have a cifas marker on my name so opening up bank accounts or credit cards is impossible for another 6 years.

You are creating UK accounts?
You can definitely not add the bank details yet,
you just need a VCC to verify the account for the meantime.

You don’t need to add a bank account to a UK PayPal to use, you only need a VCC. But when you reach the EU verification limits you will need to add a bank account to pass them.

Even with a cifas marker you should be able to open bank accounts with some of the online services such as revolut as they don’t access your credit profile. They only verify your identity on the electoral role

What is VCC? and how does it work ?

VCC = virtual credit card. You can get from sellers in the marketplace with an amount on it
